We generally do not store complete debit card, credit card, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own servers unless specifically stated. ### D. Location Information (Staff Attendance) If a school or institute turns on automatic staff attendance, the Zorik mobile app used by its staff members may collect the device's location to record when the staff member enters or leaves the school's area. * Location is collected only on a staff member's phone that the institution has approved for attendance, and only after the staff member grants location permission, including "Allow all the time". * Location is used in the background, including when the app is closed, only to detect entering or leaving the school area set by the institution. * When the phone enters or leaves that area, we record the time of entry or exit, the approximate position at that moment, and its accuracy. We do not record where the staff member goes outside the school area, and we do not track their movement continuously. * This information is used only to prepare the institution's staff attendance records. It is not sold and is not used for advertising. * The app also records an identifier of the approved device, its model and the app version, so that only the approved phone can record attendance. * A staff member can stop location access at any time from the phone's settings. Automatic attendance will then stop working on that phone, and the institution can mark attendance manually. * An institution owner may use the phone's location once, while standing at the school, to set the school area. ## 2.
